Pilot-only privacy notice

QRCS Privacy Policy

QRCS is currently a limited-access pilot. This page describes what we collect and how we use it while the pilot shell, login access, and basic routing are being validated.

What we collect right now

• account and login details needed to grant pilot access
• session and security data needed to keep pilot accounts signed in safely
• basic request, error, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the pilot
• content or inputs you intentionally submit while using the pilot

Why we use it

We use this information to provide pilot access, protect accounts, investigate problems, and improve the product before any broader release.

Access and sharing

Data is handled only for operating this bounded pilot and its supporting infrastructure. We do not present QRCS as a public open-signup service at this stage.

Retention and deletion

We keep pilot records only as long as needed to operate, secure, review, or reset the pilot. Because QRCS is still pre-live, retention and deletion workflows are not yet launch-grade or fully automated.

Privacy requests

For privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests, use the same direct invite channel, email thread, or operator contact path that granted your pilot access. That is the current supported request path for this bounded pilot.

This notice will be expanded before QRCS is opened more broadly, priced publicly, or positioned as production-ready.
